· To improve an organization’s market position and achieve financial growth in the specified area through trade channel and specifiers
· Defining long-term organizational strategic goals, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, providing leadership, managing & facilitating team performance and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
· Responsible for effective display of product at various dealers’ counters and auditing / updating them from time to time as per the guidelines are given by corporate marketing/product development team.
· Monitoring dealers' performance and implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of targets.
· Strategize and formulate an action plan for demand generation activity in order to achieve Budgeted Sales.
· Experience – Minimum 10 to 12 years of sales experience
· Education - Preferably an MBA in sales & Marketing
