The job profile involves end to end responsibility tracking progress and effectiveness of Sales Modules across for the respective region..

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. End-to-end ownership of Business Processes.
2. Debottleneck issues by speaking to all concerned
3. Provides Visibility on progress of transformation project to the organization
4. Coordinates with Regional Head / State Head / Cluster Head to enable roll out and smooth running of the project
5. Provides Functional / directional support for learning content creation based on experience
6. Conducts performance reviews of Sales team, plans their development and career progression
7. Represent transformation project along with CEO in all national / regional forums

Knows Importance of Cross Functional Interactions
Good in Review Mechanism
Have worked in Business Development
Proficient in MS Office
